Gracias &lt;a href="http://elrevortillo.blogspot.com/2008/01/crema-de-fiesta.html"&gt;JALAPA&lt;/a&gt; sin duda alguna un exito&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;br /&gt;* 70 g de aceite de oliva.&lt;br /&gt;* 3 dientes de ajos grandes.&lt;br /&gt;* 1 litro de agua.&lt;br /&gt;* 1 kg de papas peladas y troceadas.&lt;br /&gt;* 2 pastillas de caldo o sal.&lt;br /&gt;* Pimienta recién molida.&lt;br /&gt;* 200 g de nata liquida.&lt;br /&gt;* 100 g de anguila ahumada, u otro ahumado (troceada con tijeras)&lt;br /&gt;PREPARACIÓN:&lt;br /&gt;1º.- Pon en el vaso del Thermomix el aceite y calientala programando 4 minutos, temperatura Varoma y velocidad 1.&lt;br /&gt;2º.- Añade los ajos y vuelve a programar 4 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 4.&lt;br /&gt;3º.- Añade el agua, las papas y los condimentos. Programa 30 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1. Cambiar el agua unas dos o tres veces.&lt;br /&gt;Escurrir las chufas y ponerlas en el vaso junto con el azúcar, la cáscara de limón y el trozo de canela y pulverizar todo en velocidad 5-7-9 progresivo.(FOTO1)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cubrir las chufas con agua (FOTO 2)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;y volver a pulverizar (se forma como una papilla)(FOTO 3)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Añadir el resto del agua y mover unos 30 segundos en velocidad 8, teniendo la precaución de apretar el cubilete para que no salpique.&lt;br /&gt;Colar el preparado con un colador de malla fina o con una gasa muy tupida.(FOTO 4) Cuando ya no tenga líquido la malla, cerrarla como un saquito y apretar con fuerza para que las chufas suelten todo el jugo.&lt;br /&gt;Verter la horchata en una jarra o una botella y meterla en la nevera. Se debe tomar bien fría.&lt;br /&gt;Remover antes de servir, pues la pasta se deposita en el fondo.(FOTO 5)&lt;a finitas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Echamos encima la (ensaladilla rusa)y enrrollamos el pan como un bizcocho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Cubrimos entera con mayonesa y adornamos a jamón o lo q querais&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;PARA EL REBOZADO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Pan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Huevo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Perejil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;levadura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;ELABORACION:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Picar el jamón y reservar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Verter en el vaso el aceite y la cebolla y programe 5 minutos a temperatura varoma y velocidad 6 u8(depende de como os guste encontrarla)unos segundos y dejar al 2&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Añadir la harina y programe 4 minutos a 100 grados y velocidad 4.&lt;br /&gt;Añadir el resto de los ingredientes y programar 10 minutos a temperatura varoma y velocidad 2hasta q este todo bien mezclado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sacamos del vaso con ayuda de la espatula y dejamos enfriar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Una vez bien frias las rebozamos (si se quiere despues de rebozarlas se pueden congelar)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Yo hago lo siguiente&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;en el huevo(sin batir) añado un sobre de levadura&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;y en el pan echo un poquito de perjil&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pasamos la croqueta por huevo y pan y las freimos en aceite bien caliente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br necesite(mas o menos 1/2 kilo&lt;br /&gt;Relleno:&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cebolla&lt;br /&gt;1/2 pimiento&lt;br /&gt;1 huevo cocido&lt;br /&gt;Tomate triturado&lt;br /&gt;Atun&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;ELABORACION:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Se deshace un poco la mantequilla y se le añade el huevo batido,la levadura,la cucharada de vinagre,la sal y poco a poco se le va añadiendo la harina necesaria,hasta q la masa no se nos pege en las manos y podamos trabajarla facilmente.&lt;br /&gt;La tapamos un poco y mientras...&lt;br /&gt;En una sarten vamos sofriendo al Cuando estén cocidas se sazonan de sal,teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de carne salada que llevan.&lt;br /&gt;Si al terminar la cocción el caldo hubiera quedado demasiado delgado, se pasan una pocas alubias por el pasador y se añaden a la pota, dejando reposar una media hora. En elmomento de servir,se retiran el perejil y la cebolla.
